Can we pick up furniture directly from FD2U?

All our furniture is dispatched from warehouses around New Zealand. We don’t have the ability to allow pickups and everything is shipped.

Q: Do you have showrooms that we can view your products?

To offer the best quality furniture at that best possible price we keep overheads to a minimum. We don’t have showrooms or sales staff for that reason. This is why we offer a 14 day right of return (conditions apply) A lot of the furniture we sell are available from retailers around NZ.

Yes you can visit us at 320 Manchester Street Christchurch however a lot of the stock on this site is only available online We offer a 14 day right of return (conditions apply)for online purchases.

Can we pick up furniture directly from Global Living?

Yes we have two pick up points one iin Christchurch and one in Wellington

Do you offer assembly services for furniture?

While some of our furniture may require assembly, we provide clear instructions and all necessary hardware for easy assembly at home.However in certain areas we can offer an assembley service.

What is your shipping policy?

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within New Zealand. We do not currently offer international shipping.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or exchange.
