Refund policy
If the order has been processed online and the customer wishes to cancel the order before its dispatched the fees we are charged by credit card gateway providers will be deducted from the refund amount as we are still charged this fee even though we are refunding.
14 Day Money Back Guarantee
If the item you have ordered is not what you expect it to be you can return it.
The following conditions apply
- Notification needs to be made to sales@global-living.co.nz within 14 days. We do not accept returns without prior approval.
- The item/s must be in new condition, not been used. We reserve the right to reject the return of an item if it has been returned in a used or damaged condition.
- For avoidance of doubt the 14 days starts from when the customer receive the item.
- All original packaging must be returned
- The cost of returning the item/s and the initial freight cost shall be deduced from the refund.
- Should you receive a freight free promotion and return the item/s the cost of the initial freight (to us) will be deducted from the refund amount

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
